I have found that by regularly meditating with Larry I am better able to focus on the present and clear my mind. It’s a great way to manage stress, lower blood pressure, just relax and develop inner harmony.  It’s also a productivity boost; improving memory and studies show by practicing meditation on a regular basis, you increase the gray matter of your brain. It’s also great fun because Larry takes time at the end of the session to discuss how you feel and any issues you may have. You develop a community of like thinkers. Treat yourself and join Larry.
